We founded Irwin nearly eight years ago, bringing together our different backgrounds in capital markets and enterprise software. With our combined expertise in finance and technology, we set out on a mission to accelerate innovation in capital markets.

Since announcing an official strategic partnership in 2023, we have provided a unified solution combining our best-in-class IR CRM with FactSet’s industry-leading market data and analytics. This integration has already enhanced our ability to deliver valuable insights and streamlined workflows for IR professionals. We know that our partnership has significantly more potential and see an opportunity to deliver accelerated value together.

That’s why today, we’re excited to announce that Irwin has entered into an agreement to be acquired by FactSet. This acquisition marks a significant step forward for our mission and commitment to you—our clients, partners, and the entire investor relations and capital markets community.
